Reflecting social diversity through communication: Safaa Mohajeri is an expert in the fields of diversity and digital learning. With fine antennae, she brings together intercultural ­communication and digital learning: The graduate media consultant offers ­training and workshops for ­international students on the topic of applying for and empowering the German job market. She also prepares ­scientific content for digital learning on the ­topics of sustainability, environmental and climate protection.

Safaa Mohajeri ­studied media counselling with a specialisation in law and intercultural communication at the Free University and the ­Technical University in Berlin. At Diakonisches ­Werk e.V. she worked as a neighbourhood coordinator and lecturer in the award-winning qualification project "Stadtteilmütter" (Neighbourhood Mothers). She then worked as a research assistant on the topics of migration and integration at the Technical University of Berlin. Safaa Mohajeri joined the inter 3 ­team in 2012.

Safaa Mohajeri's core competences include diversity and ­communication management ­as well as digital learning. For Digitale LERNHAUS, she prepares ­scientific content for digital learning and further education courses for professionals and for knowledge transfer.
