All-rounder with foresight: Franka Kaufmann has an overview of personnel, projects and project accounting ­and brings a potpourri of ­experience with her. ­The trained communications engineer ­worked for many years as a sound technician ­in broadcasting before ­switching ­professionally to the commercial ­area for audio-visual media. In this function, she provided ­organisational and commercial ­support for ­film productions. ­She then moved to the customer advisory service of ­a software company, ­where her communication skills ­were in demand in remote maintenance.

At inter 3, she ensures smooth processes with her organisational strength and creativity so that her colleagues can concentrate fully on their projects.
